This simple contract constitutes an agreement between representative for the web site , purchaser of advertising banner space, and IPCH, seller of advertising space.

All ad space is sold subject to availability. Before sending this contract you should confirm the availability of the space you wish with IPCH by email.

Positions on our pages are as follows:

$25 US per
1,000 exposures		TOP: The exclusive position at the top of each and every page at IPCH.
$20 US per
1,000 exposures		SECOND TOP: The second banner on the top of each and every page at IPCH. This spot is directly BELOW the TOP ad position.
$20 US per
1,000 exposures		THIRD TOP: The third banner on the top of each and every page at IPCH. This spot is directly BELOW the SECOND TOP ad position.
$10 US per
1,000 exposures		BOTTOM: This is the bottom most banner on each and every page at IPCH.
$10 US per
1,000 exposures		SEARCH POSITION: This is the position surrounding the spot where you search at IPCH available on all pages at IPCH. These are small ads sized at a maximum of 140 x 140 pixels. (This position is currently not available on the Home Page)

Minimum Purchase is 10,000 exposures

When you click on submit below this contract will be emailed to IPCH as well as to yourself. Please save this contract for your records. Submission of this contract will be considered as your signature on a legally binding contract for ad space at IPCH.

If you have a URL of your banner ad, eg, http://www.yourdomain.com/mybanner.gif, please enter that url here: . Otherwise please email the banner to IPCH as an attachment or .zip file. Banners should be under 6K in size for quick loading on our pages.

Your space is considered to be reserved for you upon receipt of this contract and banners will be placed into rotation soon after we receive your payment. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time we reserve the right to suspend this contract and place other advertising into our rotation. Once payment is received your banner will run uninterrupted until the expiration of your exposures.

IPCH reserves the right to accept or decline, run, suspend or cancel any banner ad for any reason, foreseen or unforeseen.


  Receipt of payment is official reservation of banner space.  
On a first payment received — first served basis.
